Description: | Single fragment preserves one-fifth of floor and part of stamp. From a flat-floored plate with heavy vertical rim as P 22373 (Ι 1483). At center of floor a device stamp: crescent-shaped ornament with incurving tips and a diamond-shaped point between the tips. For same stamp cf. P 22388 (Ι 1501). Rather soft yellow-buff clay; dull brownish-black glaze inside and on exterior, partly covering base. | |
